Terms of sale

These terms apply to parts sold by Eagle Autobody Parts Wholesale, Inc. Please review them with your own advisor: they are a starting point.

Ordering

The website shows the parts we have and helps you prepare a list. A sale is made when you finish it with our sales team by phone or in the store; the invoice is the record of the sale. Prices and availability can change until then.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Texas sales tax is added unless your account is tax exempt: to be tax exempt we must have your signed Texas resale / exemption certificate and a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit on file (see Account → Tax exemption).

Payment

Payment is taken when the sale is finished, or under the terms agreed for approved commercial accounts.

Returns and warranty

Returns follow our Returns Policy. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's or our limited guarantee described on the Warranty page. Damaged and back-ordered parts are sold as is and cannot be returned.

Fitment

The vehicle fitment shown is a guide. Please check the part number, the vehicle and the options before you buy; our sales team will help.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the part. We are not responsible for labor, paint, towing or other costs. Texas law governs these terms.
